A whole-house remodel where another well-known flooring company had already been fired.

In 2023 we did a whole house remodel and from all trades involved, the wood floor and baseboard work done by Olympic Hardwood was absolute tops! His crews were very meticulous, hard working and polite. The workmanship is impeccable and we literally cannot find a single thing to criticize or complain about. Rafal's crews took over the job at the floor levelling stage, re-levelled the flooring in the whole house and perfectly completed the install of wood flooring and baseboards while on a very tight schedule. Rafal literally rescued what could have been a disastrous install by another well known flooring company.

Ten years of hating the old floor, six days to fix it

I had lived with my dated, glued-down engineered wood floors for 10+ years and had hated them from the day I purchased my house. I took my time, shopped around, interviewed a few different installers and got bids. Then I went to Olympic Hardwood Flooring's showroom and I knew I was in the right place. I first met Kelly — she is terrific, lovely, kind, and was helpful and patient as I looked at all of their flooring options, and they have A LOT to choose from. Rafal helped narrow down my selections and let me take samples home. His estimate was both competitive and detailed. In the span of six days, the crew removed and replaced the hardwood in the living room and replaced old carpet in the primary and guest bedrooms with the same oak flooring. Even when unexpected extra floor prep was required, the work was still completed on time and within budget.

Glued-down floor out, wide plank French oak in

I had Olympic remove a glued-down wood floor and replace it with a wide plank French oak engineered wood floor. They did an outstanding job — the floor is absolutely beautiful! They were timely, neat, thorough and paid great attention to detail. I got estimates from several top flooring companies in the valley and Olympic's estimate was the most detailed and very reasonable compared to all others. You won't go wrong with Olympic — knowledgeable, skilled and professional!

2,000 square feet of French oak

Olympic Hardwood Flooring just finished about 2 thousand square feet of French oak at our home and we could not be happier. Rafal the owner expertly guided us through our choices, then his install crew led by Eric did the most outstanding job we could have hoped for. Matching an existing floor, quoted the same week

I was ready to install hardwood in the bedrooms of my home and needed to match the existing flooring in the hall and living room. I searched for companies carrying that floor and was lucky to find Olympic Hardwood. Rafal answered my call on a Wednesday, and we discussed the job. That Friday he came by to check the colour match of a sample box and take measurements. The colour matched perfectly. I had a quote that evening and they started work the following Monday. Leo and Chris were 100% professional and polite, and their work is beautifully precise. Rafal stopped by daily to check progress and did a walk-through after the job was done. The floor looks so beautiful, I didn't want to put the furniture back.

Six kids, a dog, and not a single scratch

I manage properties and deal with vendors every week. This was a job for my own residence and I'm only taking my time out of my busy day to review them because they were THAT impressive. The words I'd use to describe them are honest, quality and strong integrity. I was blown away by their customer service, craftsmanship and their honesty. We had our flooring installed in October and with six kids and now a dog, we still don't have a single scratch — I had expected slight ones by now. My only regret, after seeing how durable this stuff is, is not doing the entire house in it.

Saltillo tile out, modern rustic in — with five indoor cats

Rafal took a lot of time to work with us over many months while we made the decision on what flooring we wanted to install. And rather than just float the flooring he suggested we glue it down — and I'm glad we did. Their work is second to none, pricing is very fair and all the people involved were fantastic to work with. We are thrilled to have gone from ugly saltillo tile with 1" thick cement grout to a modern rustic looking home straight out of a luxury home magazine. A lot of times workers can make you feel uncomfortable when they come into your home, and we have 5 indoor cats. They treated us and the cats with the utmost respect and we felt so comfortable that after a few days we ended up leaving the house to shop while they did their work. You can't beat that kind of trust.

Didn't know what we wanted. Changed our minds, for the better.

We were so lucky to find and use Olympic Hardwood Flooring for our hardwood floors. We didn't really know what kind of hardwood we wanted. Rafal met us at his shop and showed us all kinds of samples and was great about explaining the different types of hardwood. He let us take home several samples and even came for a home visit so that he could tell us what he thought would look best. I am so thankful that he did, because we ended up purchasing a different flooring than we originally picked. Not only did his prices beat the larger companies, his customer service is exceptional.

Never pressured into a decision

Nobody dropped the ball

I am happy that we selected Olympic for the purchase and installation of our hardwood flooring. After checking two other businesses, I called and my call was returned within the hour. Drove up from Yuma, and it was still worth it

I am so happy I stumbled across Olympic in my search for the perfect wood flooring. We are from Yuma and even made the trip to meet him in Phoenix to go over our options. He took care of the delivery to Yuma and even arranged for a professional installer to come to us. Rafal is so knowledgeable about the products and went above and beyond our expectations. Repeat customers, two years running

A nine-foot hole where a wall used to be

My wife had decided to remove a non-load-bearing wall between our dining room and sitting room. The hardwood floor had been left with a deep void running 9 feet long, and the prospect of finding new wood to match the existing wood was intimidating. Rafal came to the rescue, big time. He came to the house, assessed the situation, took a few boards as samples of my existing wood, mailed them to the mill, got samples in return, came back to the house to lay them on the floor to make sure that everything was going to coordinate — and the price he gave us was better than anything I had seen online. In fact the price was so good that we decided to do our three remaining bedrooms at the same time.
