Privacy policy
Short version: we use what you send us to answer your enquiry, and we don't sell it to anyone.

What we collect
Information you give us. When you fill in a form on this site, call, text or email us, we receive what you chose to send: typically your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code and a description of your flooring project. Nothing on this site asks for payment details, Social Security numbers or any other sensitive identifier, and you should never send those to us by email.
Basic technical information. Like any website, this one is served by a hosting provider that keeps standard server logs — IP address, browser type, the pages requested and when. These are used for security and to keep the site working.
What we use it for
- Replying to your enquiry and preparing an estimate
- Arranging showroom visits, in-home consultations and scheduling work
- Keeping a record of projects we've carried out, so we can help if you contact us again years later
We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We do not send marketing email to people who haven't asked for it.
Who else sees it
Only the people who need to in order to do the work: our own team, and where a project requires it, the suppliers and installation crews carrying out your job. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
The site is hosted by a third-party provider, and email and phone are handled through standard business services. Those providers process data on our behalf.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not set advertising cookies and does not track you across other websites. If we add analytics in future to understand which pages are useful, this page will be updated to say so before it goes live.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't turn into work are kept for a reasonable period and then deleted. Records relating to completed projects are kept for as long as they're useful for warranty, matching and repeat work — clients regularly come back years later wanting the same floor in another room, and that's much easier if we still have the file.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email rafal@olympichardwood.com or call (602) 535-1214 and we'll deal with it. If you've asked us to stop contacting you, we will.
Children
This site is intended for adults arranging work on their homes. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will appear on this page.
